Key Responsibilities • Infrastructure Management: Overseeing all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and server systems to ensure high availability and performance. (ex.) Data Center Shifting, Office Shifting, etc. • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing IT roadmaps aligned with Casio’s business goals, such as supporting sales expansion and strengthening governance. (ex.)D365 BC, C-STAR, SFA, DPDP, J-SOX, DMS/DWH, etc. • Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Implementing robust security measures, maintaining data integrity, and creating disaster recovery plans. (ex.)SOC/NDR, DR, etc. • Team Leadership: Managing, recruiting, mentoring, and developing the in-house IT support and systems team. (ex.)IT team management • Vendor & Budget Management: Handling vendor relationships, negotiating contracts for IT services, and preparing and managing the annual IT budget. (ex.)Other management tasks • Digital Transformation: Driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through technology, potentially the utilization of AI and communication tools. driving business growth through digital transformation, utilizing a strong background in IT and technology leadership. (ex.)M365, Copilot, BI Tool, Business Process Improvement, etc. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: Proven experience of 10-14 years as a Head of IT, IT Manager, or a similar senior role, preferably within consumer electronics, retail, or manufacturing industries. Prioritize future potential over current proficiency or experience. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant business field; MBA is preferred. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network security, and ERP systems. Experience with any ERP system (SAP/MS D365/EnterpriseOne) is acceptable. • Leadership: Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills. Capable of building strong working relationships both internally and externally. • Ideal Candidate Profile: Individuals who are courteous, honest, and possess a strong sense of legal compliance. Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant business field; MBA is preferred.
