Responsibilities:
1. To manage indenting business operations for Chemicals & Plastics products, overseeing the complete cycle from order placement to payment realization
2. To Coordinate with customers and overseas suppliers for import-export transactions, including dispatch planning for both principal business and stock & sales operations
3. Need to Handle end-to-end logistics and documentation, ensuring smooth execution of shipments and timely delivery
4. Knowledge of Utilized HANA / GSAP / MS Excel/power points for order processing, tracking, and MIS reporting
5. To Manage monthly inventory planning and control, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing holding risks
6. Manage accounts receivable and payable, including credit management and exposure monitoring.
7. Knowledge of P&L, Balane sheet , Cash Flow and financial ratios understanding
8. To Arrange custom clearance for import and export shipments, coordinating with CHA and logistics partners
9. Ensure compliance with import-export procedures, including:
• Licenses and regulatory requirements
• Letter of Credit (LC), DA, DP transactions
• Trade documentation and banking coordination
