We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Logistics to
manage end-to-end logistics operations for our sportswear business. The role
involves coordinating transportation, warehouse operations, inventory movement,
order fulfillment, vendor management, and timely delivery across retail, e-commerce,
and distributor channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Coordinate dispatch planning for retail stores, distributors, and e-commerce orders.
• Monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with warehouses, transporters, courier partners, and vendors.
• Maintain inventory movement records and logistics MIS reports.
• Ensure proper documentation including invoices, e-way bills, LR copies, and shipment records.
• Optimize transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.
• Handle reverse logistics and returns management.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Resolve delivery delays, damages, and logistics-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory logistics requirements.
• Monitor KPIs such as TAT, fill rate, freight cost, and delivery performance.
