Job Description:

· Using specialized equipment and techniques to accurately measure and map land features, property boundaries, and other physical features for various purposes like construction

· Auto Level and Total Station handling.

· Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.

· Work with CAD System, creating, modifying and releasing drawing under direct supervision from Senior Architect

· Field Surveys: Conducting surveys on-site to collect data on land features, elevations, and boundaries.

· Data Collection: Using surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, levels) to gather precise measurements and data.

· Boundary Determination: Accurately determining and marking property boundaries for legal and construction purposes

· Project Planning: Providing survey data and information to engineers, architects, and other professionals for project planning and design

· Compliance: Ensuring that all surveys and measurements comply with relevant regulations and standards

· Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of survey data, maps, and reports.

· Collaboration: Collaborating with other professionals, such as engineers, architects, and contractors.

· Researching land records and historical data to support survey work & Maintaining and calibrating surveying equipment.
