Job Description
Job Purpose
To support end-to-end HR operations including Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, Training & Development, audits and compliance, employee engagement by ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, accurate data management, timely stakeholder coordination and effective implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business and statutory requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
β’ Support recruitment by screening profiles, coordinating interviews and assisting hiring managers.
β’ Manage employee onboarding and induction schedule.
β’ Act as HR point of contact for expatriate coordination and stakeholder communication when required.
2. Learning & Development
β’ Support to prepare the annual training calendar.
β’ Track training participation, collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
β’ Coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) and induction programs for new joiners.
3. HR Systems & Digital Platforms
β’ Manage HR systems including employee attendance, overtime tracking, new joinee additions, exits and HR tickets.
β’ Handle Workday updates including position management, staffing changes, personal information updates and coordination with HQ.
β’ Perform TeamLease compliance documentation and submission within timelines.
β’ Ensure timely documentation uploads and data accuracy across HR systems.
4. Compensation & Benefits
β’ Support monthly payroll processing activities.
β’ Coordinate employee benefits administration including insurance queries and gift card programs.
5. Audits & Compliance
β’ Support in audits including ISO, internal and statutory audits.
6. Employee Engagement
β’ Support employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, company events.
β’ Provide support in handling employee queries and communication.
7. Operational Support
β’ Execute filing, documentation and record keeping of HR and compliance documents.
β’ Prepare, update and maintain HR reports, letters and forms as required.
β’ Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and personnel files.
Educational Qualification
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience: 6β9 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
