Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management
Act as a key liaison between management and factory employees to ensure smooth communication
Handle industrial relations, grievance management, and statutory compliance (Factories Act, labor laws, etc.)
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Coordinate with Japanese management (if applicable) and align HR practices with company policies
Maintain HR documentation, reports, and audits
Educational Qualification
MBA or MSW
