QC (Quality Control):
He is responsible for overseeing quality control processes in the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products.
Maintain and improve the overall quality of products to ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Responsibility：
• Formulation and implementation Quality management.
• Monitoring of the manufacturing process
• Implementation of product inspections (inspection of raw materials, parts, and finished products)
• Quality improvement initiatives (quality improvement in the manufacturing process and implementation of corrective and preventive measures)
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
• Staff training and education (instructing manufacturing teams on quality control procedures, product specifications, and quality assurance techniques)
• Future business
o Cooperation with suppliers and vendors
o Data analysis and reporting
Skill:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality control, etc., or equivalent experience.
• Work experience in quality control or quality assurance in the manufacturing industry(preferably experience in the manufacture of sports shoes or footwear)
• Possess extensive knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to sports shoe manufacturing.
• It is even better if it is accompanied by Japanese skills.
