■Position Overview
This position will primarily focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, while also handling supplier coordination and procurement-related tasks.
The role requires close collaboration with customers, vendors, internal SCM teams, and Japanese stakeholders, serving as a bridge between internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
In the future, the candidate may also be involved in sales activities not only for the automotive industry, but also for agricultural machinery and motorcycle manufacturers.
■Hiring Background
Currently, sales and procurement responsibilities are being handled concurrently by the Indian Head of Manufacturing. However, due to business expansion and operational enhancement, the company is now looking to hire a dedicated person for this role.
■Main Responsibilities
【Sales Responsibilities】
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
Handle customer inquiries regarding quotations, orders, and delivery schedules
Conduct new business development activities for material orders
Negotiate pricing with customers
Support future sales activities for agricultural machinery and motorcycle manufacturers
Coordinate with the Japanese Sales Head and internal departments
Prepare sales-related documents and reports
【Procurement & Coordination Responsibilities】
Coordinate delivery schedules and procurement activities with suppliers
Negotiate with vendors, including quantity adjustments
Support material sourcing and cost management activities
Maintain relationships with suppliers
Act as a bridge between customers and the internal SCM department
Coordinate various matters with Japanese stakeholders
Coordinate with production and logistics departments

Report to the Japanese Sales Head (online reporting)
Support communication between Japanese management and local staff
Handle various coordination tasks related to daily operations in the manufacturing environment
