We are seeking a sales professional with experience in the international logistics and freight forwarding industry, primarily handling import and export operations.

Please note that experience in domestic transportation sales (such as trucking services) is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell international freight forwarding services (air and sea freight) for import and export shipments
Prepare quotations and proposals for international logistics solutions
Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal operations teams
Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships with clients
Support customers with documentation and compliance requirements related to international shipments
Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics issues when necessary

Requirements

Sales experience in the international logistics / freight forwarding industry
Knowledge and practical experience in import and export operations
Proven core sales experience in the freight forwarding industry

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling customers in industries such as electronics, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors

Experience in the above industries is preferred but not mandatory.

Educational background is not required.
