Job Description


(A) Education Qualifications: Education (Essential): Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s degree Education (Preferred): International Marketing and Sales. ___marubenu
__________________________________________________________________ (B) Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Business Development • Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market share and increase sales of non-ferrous metals (Zinc, Aluminium) and downstream products (Copper, Zinc ,Aluminium and non ferrous scrap).
Role : Marketing & Sales - Business Staff For Dept: Metals & Mineral Resources Dept. • Identify new market opportunities, emerging applications, and high-growth customer segments. • Prepare annual marketing plans, sales forecasts, and business growth initiatives. • Support product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. • Negotiate independently for spot and long term contracts, coordinate with principal office in Japan for contract and payments. • Coordinate with principal office in Japan for timely delivery. Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis • Monitor domestic and international non-ferrous metal market trends, price movements, demand-supply dynamics, and competitor activities. • Analyse industry developments, government policies, import-export trends, and sectorspecific growth opportunities. Customer Relationship Management • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts .. • Conduct regular customer visits / seminars and trade fairs to understand requirements and identify opportunities for value-added products. _____________________________________________________________________ (C) Skills and competencies Required Strong written & verbal communication skills Language Proficiency: English & Hindi Proficiency in: MS Office and SAP software _____________________________________________________________________ (D) Work Conditions Working Hours: Flexible Time System: Start: 07:45 ~ 09:45 am / End 3:45 ~ 17:45 pm- 8 hours working per day including Lunch break 30 mnts. Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day week) Work Style: Work from Office (No work from home) _________________
