We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Design Engineer to design, develop, and improve products from concept through production. The ideal candidate will combine engineering principles, design thinking, and manufacturing knowledge to create innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality products that meet customer and business requirements.



Key Responsibilities :

Manage one or several mechanical product solutions in an application project (or acquisition) on spec, on time and on cost
Coordinate and plan technical activities (internally and with the customer) in alignment with the project
Support and coordination of overall product validation (Performance on bench, NVH and vehicle tests)
Coordinate sample quantity determination for internal needs
Authorize delivery of samples to customer
Maintain specific customer/project knowledge and history
Represent internally the customer towards plant, suppliers and other stakeholders


Key Professional Competencies:

Overall good product and system knowledge (Preference – Brakes industry)
Manufacturing process knowledge
Good overview of development and validation process
PLM tool – team center, 3D-Experience
Expertise in CAD tool – CATIA/UG/Ideas
Tolerance Stack-up & Design Calculations
DFMEA, Design Review, DFM/DFA Reviews


Experience : 3-5 Years

Qualifications : Bachelors or master’s in mechanical engineering.

Budget : 9 LPA
