Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead technical service team on pan India for Mitsui Chemicals India products and aligned businesses
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Rubber, Elastomer, TPV and other specialty compound applications. Handle customer complaints, product performance evaluations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Coordinate with HQ, R&D, production, quality, and external stakeholders for successful project execution. Support local R&D initiatives, customer, market and application developments, and commercialization activities.
• Work closely with automotive, solar, wire & cable, footwear, and consumer durable customers on material selection and processing optimization. Support solar encapsulant film development, customer qualification trials, and commercialization activities.
• Support marketing and business development activities for sales expansion in India and assigned overseas markets
Educational Qualification
Qualification:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors /master’s degree (preferred)
Professional Certification: Polymer technology, Plastic Technology/Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
