Job Description
Senior Executive β HR to support the overall HR and administrative operations of our growing organization. The position will initially support approximately 27 permanent employees, including factory operators, with the workforce expected to increase gradually.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling hands-on HR operations, government/labor-related procedures, recruitment, payroll, attendance, and coordination with external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Labor Compliance
Monitor and collect information regarding changes in government laws, labor regulations, and HR-related requirements
Support communication and implementation of salary increment notifications
Liaise with government authorities, including the Labor Department
Prepare and maintain company rules, employment regulations, HR policies, and related documents
Support employee insurance and other statutory procedures
Manage PF-related matters and other statutory requirements
Recruitment & Employee Management
Manage recruitment, primarily for factory operators
Coordinate the hiring and onboarding of new employees
Support new employee safety orientation/training
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Support the company's future workforce expansion
HR Operations
Manage attendance and leave records
Handle monthly payroll processing
Coordinate with staffing/temporary manpower agencies, including negotiation of terms and rates
Arrange business travel, including hotel and flight bookings
Purchase and manage office supplies and equipment
Provide general HR and administrative support as required
Requirements
4β8 years of experience in HR / HR Operations
Experience handling a broad range of HR and administrative functions
Experience dealing with government authorities, particularly the Labor Department, is preferred
Experience in manufacturing or factory environments is preferred
Kannada language proficiency is required
Safety-related HR experience or knowledge is an advantage
Good negotiation and communication skills, particularly when dealing with external staffing agencies
Candidates with fewer job changes are preferred
Japanese company experience is not mandatory
Understanding of or familiarity with Japanese business culture/work practices would be an advantage
Male candidates are preferred due to the current workplace environment
