Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: -
To ensure maximum uptime of Rental trucks
To ensure minimum turnaround time for rental trucks from WH.
To ensure timely preventive maintenance of rental trucks as per OEM
guidelines.
Effective parts planning for rental trucks based on UIO.
Monitoring of overall health of Rental Asset in terms of life/Maintenance Cost
etc.
Specific monitoring of Key rental sites in the region.
Manage overall customer satisfaction of rental customers and ensure NO Rental
deduction
Overall responsibility of Regional Rental Service.
Secondary Responsibilities: -
Maintaining of complete database of Rental trucks at Site & in Warehouses.
Coordination with RFM /TSM for PM/breakdown activities at rental sites
Organize necessary trainings at sites for smooth handling of rental trucks by
customer.
to reduce overall maintenance cost of Rental Trucks to maximize profitability of
business
To explore local repair / recondition of parts.
To evaluate and propose non performing trucks for used truck sale /scrap
Educational Qualification
Essential:- B. Tech/B.E./DME
Desirable:- M.B.A.
