Pasona Indiaでは本年も「在インド日系企業における現地従業員の給与・福利厚生及び昇給賞与に関する調査」を実施する運びとなりました。

ご回答いただきました企業様へは、調査結果のデジタル版調査結果報告書(PDF)を進呈します（配布は2024年の2～3月ごろとなります）。

尚、ご回答内容に関しましては、万全のセキュリティー管理の下、守秘義務を徹底し、個別企業情報を一般公表しないことを固くお約束致します。

The participating companies will receive a detailed report (soft copy) with the analysis and findings, free of cost.

We would like to mention that the data which you share with us, is treated with utmost confidentiality. We do not share any company specific data in the report. The data is consolidated, compiled and analysed on the various aspects like company size, state/region, industry/sector, category of employees etc. and the report is prepared on aggregate data.
