Job Description

1. IFM activity assurance during new product or change point
2. Customer, Revalidation, Process audit confirmation
3. Supplier defects reduction and improvement plan Adherance
4. Responsible 4M Change implementation
5. Handle the Quality Issue During Production Line Running.
6. Hold Parts decision on time
7. Training of area manpower for quality assurance
8. Critical Parameter monitoring and strengthening.
9. Ensuring the PDI (Muffler & Manifold) and taken analysis the issue (Taken corrective and preventive countermeasures)
10. Follow and check adherence of safety rules in QA area
11. Kaizen implementation at supplier site
12.Third party RM Inspection and scheduling
