業務内容


• Accountable for driving transformative innovation, strategic growth, and portfolio expansion across Konica Minolta’s Strategic Solutions.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions, nurtures key partnerships, and influences internal and external stakeholders with a compelling innovation vision.
• To lead the Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC), Managed Content Services (MCS) and new Business Solutions and Services business across India with full responsibility for revenue, customer experience, operational excellence and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder)

Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement innovation and DW-DX strategies aligned to business goals, OEM partnerships, and office automation core operations.
• Design actionable roadmaps for the National strategy for Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC), Managed Content Services (MCS), and associated services, aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Champion a culture of innovation, onboarding talent, and integrating industry best practices.
• Strengthen solution capabilities and presales enablement to drive brand visibility and customer value proposition.
• Optimize portfolios leveraging cross-functional collaboration and market intelligence.
• Act as a key thought leader, communicating and influencing the innovation vision across internal teams, customers, and partners to drive engagement and adoption.
• Inspire and guide stakeholders with a compelling vision that aligns innovation with sustainable business growth.

Business Development & Growth:
• Lead discovery, validation, and execution of market opportunities in enterprise communications, managed print, and content solutions.
• Identify and secure strategic OEM partnerships to enhance portfolio value and revenue expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with core business priorities.
• Oversee commercial execution, including pipeline management, strategic account leadership, and successful product launches.
Experience:
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic innovation, business development, or product management roles within the technology, office automation, or unified communications industries.
•Working experience abroad (5 years +) for the similar role will be preferred
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new technology products and services in collaboration with third-party OEMs.
• Extensive experience managing large enterprise accounts, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation programs, scale operations, and drive adoption of innovative solutions in dynamic markets.
• Experience working in a regional or global context with multicultural teams and stakeholders.
