Job Description
1) Own and be accountable for marketplace performance across sales platforms, including traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
2) Lead end-to-end digital demand generation across paid, organic, and marketplace channels to drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and increased LTV
3) Lead and manage external agencies and partners to ensure delivery against agreed business objectives
4) Monitor performance, report to senior management, and propose and execute actions for continuous improvement
