Job Description: Deputy Manager/Manager β HR & Admin Department: HR & Admin Location: Delhi HO Role Purpose The role is responsible for effective management of Payroll, HR operations, systems, policies, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities β’ HR Policy Management: Draft, review, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with statutory requirements and organizational guidelines. Ensure consistent interpretation, communication, and implementation across all functions and locations. β’ HRIS Management: Manage day-to-day HRIS operations including employee master data, system administration, validation checks, and user support. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. β’ HR Data & MIS Management: Prepare and maintain accurate HR MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports for management review. Ensure timely submission of reports and strict confidentiality of employee data in line with data governance standards. β’ Performance Management System (PMS): Coordinate end-to-end PMS cycles including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals. Track timelines, support managers and employees, and address PMS-related operational issues. β’ Attendance, Payroll & Compliance: To Manager or support in attendance processing and payroll inputs to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances, labor laws, and internal policies. Coordinate and support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. β’ Reimbursement Management: Monitor and ensure timely verification, processing, and settlement of employee reimbursements as per policy guidelines. Maintain auditready documentation and resolve discrepancies efficiently. β’ Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, and HR events. Act as a first point of contact for employee grievances, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) β’ Timely and effective implementation of HR policies and processes β’ Accuracy and timeliness of HR data, payroll, and MIS reporting β’ Compliance with statutory requirements and successful audit outcomes β’ Employee engagement effectiveness and grievance resolution TAT
